The posting

Young Goose is a science-driven skincare brand focused on longevity, regenerative aesthetics, and cellular performance. Founded in 2017, we create biohacking skincare solutions backed by research, clinical insight, and proof-of-dose transparency. Our audience is highly educated, results-oriented, and values credibility over hype.

Role Overview

Young Goose is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to own and grow our creator and affiliate marketing program.

Our influencer ecosystem is a dynamic mix of paid partnerships, gifting, affiliates, ambassadors, and hybrid collaborations. The size, priorities, and structure of the program may change from one campaign or month to the next. This role must be comfortable adapting quickly while maintaining strong creator relationships, organized systems, and consistent execution.

The Influencer Marketing Lead will develop channel strategy, identify and vet creators, manage partnerships, lead campaigns, oversee gifting, negotiate commercial terms, and evaluate influencer-specific performance.

This is not a transactional product-seeding role. We are looking for someone who can build credible, long-term partnerships with creators who can communicate science, trust, and results.

What You Will Own

Influencer and Creator Strategy

  • Develop and execute Young Goose’s influencer marketing strategy in alignment with brand priorities, product launches, campaigns, and growth goals.
  • Build and manage a balanced creator ecosystem across paid, gifted, affiliate, ambassador, organic, and hybrid partnerships.
  • Establish creator segments, partnership priorities, channel goals, and recommended investment levels.
  • Present strategic recommendations, performance insights, and program priorities to the Marketing Manager.

Creator Sourcing and Vetting

  • Build a consistent pipeline of creators, clinicians, educators, and key opinion leaders across skincare, wellness, longevity, aesthetics, and performance health.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on audience alignment, content quality, engagement authenticity, credibility, and ability to communicate scientific concepts.
  • Review creator history for reputational concerns, misleading claims, competitor conflicts, audience-quality concerns, or other brand-safety risks.
  • Use ShopMy, Upfluence, platform analytics, and manual research to determine which creator relationships should be pursued, tested, expanded, or declined.

Creator and Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Own creator outreach, onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management across all partnership models.
  • Manage affiliate setup, tracking links, promotional codes, program expectations, and routine partner support.
  • Build long-term relationships with priority creators and identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships.
  • Develop support, reactivation, incentive, or removal plans for inactive and underperforming partners.

Partnership Planning and Negotiation

  • Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, timelines, content formats, posting requirements, and other commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Evaluate creator proposals based on brand fit, audience quality, content value, historical performance, and expected results.
  • Recommend partnership structures and compensation levels to the Marketing Manager and submit proposed fees to finance staff for final approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreed deliverables, rates, payment requirements, timelines, and internal approvals.

Campaign and Content Execution

  • Lead influencer campaigns from creator selection and briefing through content review, publication, and completion.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs outlining objectives, required messaging, deliverables, deadlines, disclosures, links, and calls to action.
  • Review creator content against approved campaign goals and brand standards, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate revisions.
  • Maintain campaign timelines and proactively resolve delays, missing materials, incomplete deliverables, or other execution issues.

Creator Gifting Program

  • Own creator gifting from partner selection and product recommendations through delivery, follow-up, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate shipping information, gifting requests, delivery tracking, and the resolution of routine fulfillment issues.
  • Track resulting content, affiliate activity, creator feedback, and future partnership opportunities.
  • Determine whether gifting relationships should be continued, expanded, converted into paid or hybrid partnerships, or discontinued.

Analytics, Forecasting, and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate creator, campaign, gifting, affiliate, spending, and performance records across ShopMy, Upfluence, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
  • Track influencer-specific performance, including creator activation, content delivery, affiliate activity, conversions, creator-attributed revenue, and campaign costs.
  • Forecast revenue expected to be generated specifically through influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing results, risks, learnings, spending, and recommended next steps by creator, campaign, product, and partnership model.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to align influencer activity with broader marketing priorities, product launches, and approved budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Social Media team on brand standards, creator content direction, and organic distribution opportunities.
  • Share relevant creator assets and performance insights with the Ads team, Video Editor, Marketing Coordinator, and other marketing partners.
  • Coordinate with finance, compliance, operations, and fulfillment staff on approvals, payments, content review, gifting, and campaign support.

Qualifications

Required

  • Three or more years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, public relations, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience independently owning influencer campaigns or a meaningful portion of an influencer and affiliate program.
  • Proven experience managing multiple partnership models, including paid collaborations, gifting, affiliates, ambassadors, or hybrid arrangements.
  • Strong creator-sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience managing creator campaigns from initial planning through execution and reporting.
  • Experience using an influencer, affiliate, or creator-management platform such as ShopMy, Upfluence, LTK, Impact, Aspire, or a comparable system.
  • Ability to analyze creator and affiliate metrics, forecast influencer-attributed revenue, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Strong project-management, communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to adapt as creator volume, campaign priorities, partnership structures, and program needs change.
  • Strong judgment when evaluating creator credibility, audience quality, reputational risk, and brand fit.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience managing creator and affiliate partnerships through ShopMy is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with skincare, beauty, wellness, longevity, aesthetics, health, or science-driven brands.
  • Experience working with creators who communicate educational, scientific, or technical subject matter.
  • Experience building long-term creator, ambassador, gifting, or affiliate programs.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, social-platform analytics, and spreadsheet-based reporting.
  • Experience supporting product launches, brand events, or integrated marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • A relationship-first leader who can also make disciplined commercial decisions.
  • Someone who values credibility, scientific integrity, and long-term brand trust.
  • A proactive owner who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • A strong negotiator who can protect company interests while maintaining positive creator relationships.
  • A highly organized operator who can manage a dynamic program without losing visibility into details.
  • A data-informed marketer who can turn performance results into clear recommendations.
  • A calm and professional communicator who knows when to make decisions independently and when to escalate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
