We are actively seeking an Assistant Parts Manager at our Young Powersports location in Missoula who has previous parts experience and is eager to grow with our team. If you have previous experience in Parts Management, a solid knowledge of the powersports industry, and a proven track record of success, apply now! The ideal candidate is passionate about the powersports Industry, understands fast-paced parts operations, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading a dynamic group of parts drivers, parts associates, and other parts staff to reach their maximum potential
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Commit to grow professionally and personally
  • Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
  • Work cohesively with other department managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings

Qualifications:

  • A proven history of successfully leading a team in the automotive and/or powersports parts industry
  • A history of exceeding expectations and performance metrics at all levels
  • Demonstrated success as a trainer
