A YOUSA está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Financeiro(a) para liderar a operação financeira e contribuir para a organização, eficiência e evolução dos processos da área.

Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados, que tenha visão financeira e capacidade de atuar de forma próxima ao negócio e às demais áreas da empresa. Sobre a YOUSA:

Somos um escritório de advocacia especializado em imigração para os EUA. Nossa missão é transformar a vida de brasileiros, oferecendo suporte jurídico completo e soluções personalizadas para quem deseja morar, trabalhar ou empreender nos Estados Unidos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar a área financeira, delegar e acompanhar as atribuições de cada membro da equipe;
  • Coordenar e auxiliar no controle no fluxo de caixa;
  • Realizar o lançamento dos extratos bancários e de cartões de crédito no sistema financeiro interno;
  • Responsável por revisar e aprovar pagamentos via internet banking;
  • Receber e conferir documentos ligados ao financeiro via email e presencial;
  • Responsável pela integridade das informações fiscais providenciadas a contabilidade;
  • Coordenar o fechamento mensal do financeiro Brasil e EUA;
  • Coordenar e acompanhar as cobranças e casos de inadimplência de clientes;
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes visando otimizar cobranças e renegociações;
  • Elaborar aditivos contratuais e termos de distrato, e linha com departamento jurídico;
  • Manter atualizado o sistema financeiro interno garantindo acuracidade das informações;
  • Reportar de forma tempestiva e organizada a performance financeira à diretoria;
  • Suporte ao departamento comercial, pessoal e jurídico, viabilizando as melhores práticas;
  • Realizar demandas relacionadas ao setor conforme necessidade.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração e Economia;
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência no setor financeiro;
  • Conhecimento do pacote Office ou equivalentes (ênfase no Excel);
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista, tributária e comercial;
  • Conhecimento avançado de contabilidade;
