Coordenar, planejar e controlar as atividades financeirasda Rede Paulo de Tarso, assegurando a sustentabilidade econômico-financeira, a correta aplicação dos recursos, o cumprimento das obrigações legais e contratuais e a aderência às normas do terceiro setor, apoiando a Diretoria na tomada de decisões estratégicas.

  • Coordenar as rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, tesouraria e conciliações bancárias de todas as unidades da Rede.
  • Elaborar, acompanhar e controlar o fluxo de caixa e projeções financeiras (curto, médio e longo prazo).
  • Realizar a gestão sistêmica do contas a receber, incluindo o acompanhamento e a cobrança junto aos clientes em casos de faturas em atraso, bem como a gestão de inadimplências e recursos de glosas em aberto. Monitorar e cobrar as áreas de faturamento quanto às faturas pagas a menor e aos respectivos recursos de glosas, assegurando a recuperação de receitas. Elaborar e apresentar relatórios mensais gerenciais à Diretoria Financeira, com análises de desempenho, indicadores e recomendações.
  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores financeiros, elaborando relatórios gerenciais para a Diretoria.
  • Garantir a correta alocação e utilização de recursos provenientes de convênios, contratos, emendas parlamentares, doações e fontes próprias.
  • Acompanhar contratos financeiros, alteração de taxas de juros praticadas, renegociações de dívidas e relacionamento com instituições bancárias.
  • Gerenciar as cobranças de taxas bancárias, revisar periodicamente as cobranças e buscar sempre as isenções e melhores condições para a instituição.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais, tributárias e acessórias, em conjunto com a contabilidade.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo transparência e rastreabilidade das informações financeiras.
  • Padronizar processos e controles financeiros entre as unidades da Rede.
  • Atuar no suporte financeiro à elaboração, acompanhamento e prestação de contas de projetos financiados com verbas públicas da Rede Paulo de Tarso, abrangendo a Matriz, a Filial Suntor e o IPECI, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente, normas dos órgãos concedentes e princípios de transparência.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, controles internos e governança financeira.
  • Manter os Procedimentos do programa da Qualidade atualizados, incluindo, “POP’s”, “PRS”, indicadores e demais requisitos do programa.
  • Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe financeira, promovendo alinhamento, capacitação e boas práticas.

Requisitos:

Formação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação em Finanças, Controladoria, Gestão Hospitalar ou Gestão do Terceiro Setor.

Experiência comprovada em coordenação ou supervisão financeira; Vivência com múltiplas unidades de negócio; Conhecimento em normas e práticas de prestação de contas de convênios, contratos e recursos públicos; Noções de custos hospitalares e assistenciais; Legislação fiscal e tributária aplicável a entidades sem fins lucrativos; Ferramentas de controle financeiro e sistemas ERP; Prevenção a Fraudes e Golpes Cibernéticos (voltado a processos financeiros); Excel/planilhas avançadas e análise de dados financeiros.
