Your Role

You join our Account Management team in Paris. You take over around 300 SMB customers who have not had a dedicated Account Manager until now. Your job is to turn their untapped potential into recurring expansion revenue, while securing renewals and building long-term relationships with them.

This is your first step into a full Account Manager role. Your manager and the team coach you closely, and your onboarding is built around you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of around 300 SMB customers, secure their renewals, and stay in regular contact with each of them.
  • Prospect inside your portfolio to reach customers who have not been contacted in a while and create new opportunities.
  • Spot customer needs, pitch the right plan or product, and close upsell deals.
  • Prioritize your accounts, keep the CRM up to date, and move every deal forward with a clear next step.
  • Use feedback and coaching to improve every week, share what works with the team, and use AI tools to cover more accounts.

Your Profile

  • You have a first experience as Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS, with a sales target you carried yourself. SDR or BDR experience alone is not enough for this role.
  • You create your own opportunities. You pick up the phone easily and a no does not stop you.
  • You have already closed deals: you ask the right questions, explain the value of an offer, and handle objections.
  • You can manage a large number of accounts and you know where to spend your time.
  • You ask for feedback and you apply it quickly.
  • You like fast-moving environments: new product releases, ambitious targets, a company that grows.
  • You already use AI tools in your daily work and you like testing new ones.
  • You speak native French and a good level of English (B1 to B2).
