Buscamos una persona en prácticas para apoyar al departamento de recepción en Colectia Stays Pau Claris.

Condiciones de las prácticas:

  • Centro de trabajo: Colectia Stays Pau Claris, Barcelona
  • Jornada: preferiblemente completa (40 h semanales), con flexibilidad horaria para adaptarse a los estudios.
  • Duración: entre 5 y 6 meses.

Como será tu día a día:

  • Dar la bienvenida y asistir a los huéspedes en su llegada y salida.
  • Colaborar en el proceso de check-in y check-out.
  • Brindar información sobre los servicios del hotel y la ciudad.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de reservas y llamadas.
  • Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias bajo la supervisión del equipo de recepción.
  • Colaborar en la supervisión de los apartamentos ayudando a reportar a los departamentos involucrados las incidencias encontradas

Requisitos:

  • Imprescindible poder formalizar convenio de prácticas con la entidad educativa.
  • Formación en Turismo, Hostelería o similar
  • Idiomas: inglés nivel B2 o superior (otros idiomas valorables)
  • Perfil comunicativo, proactivo, con orientación al cliente y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico y multicultural
