Estamos buscando a un/a técnico/a de mantenimiento (media jornada) en nuestros hoteles Colectia Hotel Parada del Marqués & Colectia Hotel Santa Lucía.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las instalaciones de ambos hoteles.
  • Atender y resolver las incidencias técnicas relacionadas con fontanería, electricidad, climatización, pintura y carpintería.
  • Revisar periódicamente las instalaciones y equipos para detectar posibles averías o necesidades de mantenimiento.
  • Llevar a cabo pequeñas reparaciones y actuaciones necesarias para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
  • Realizar tareas relacionadas con el mantenimiento y control de las instalaciones conforme a los protocolos establecidos.
  • Mantener en buen estado las herramientas, equipos y espacios destinados a mantenimiento.
  • Comunicar las incidencias detectadas y reportar los trabajos realizados al responsable de mantenimiento.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar unas instalaciones seguras, funcionales y cuidadas.

Requisitos:

  • Conocimientos de mantenimiento general de instalaciones.
  • Conocimientos de fontanería, electricidad y climatización.
  • Conocimientos de legionela, pintura y carpintería.
  • Nociones básicas de informática.
  • Capacidad para identificar incidencias y realizar reparaciones de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Persona resolutiva, organizada y responsable, con capacidad para trabajar de forma coordinada con el equipo.
  • Castellano fluido.
  • Se valorarán nociones de inglés, aunque no son imprescindibles.
