About Us: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company focused on optimizing conversion rates for e-commerce clients.

The role:  We are looking for a world-class Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our internal fulfillment team and our DTC brand partners. They are responsible for ensuring that projects move seamlessly through our internal pipeline while maintaining proactive communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, translating ecommerce project progress into clear, actionable updates.
  • Internal Integration: Manage internal workflows (ClickUp/Slack) to ensure copywriters, designers, developers, and strategists are hitting deadlines
  • Proactive Retention: Identify potential friction points in the client journey before they become problems.
  • Operational Scaling: Refine agency SOPs to ensure that as we scale, our quality of service remains "perfect."
  • You are the person who "closes the loops." If a client asks a question in Slack, you don't just relay it—you ensure the team solves it, you double-check the work, and you report back with a smile.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Perfect, accent-free English with a warm, professional tone. You love being on Zoom/Meet and can command a room.
  • Ecom Fluency: You understand the basics of DTC Ecommerce (Shopify, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and the importance of a high-converting landing page and CRO).
  • You thrive in the "controlled chaos" of an agency and can pivot strategies. You are able to handle 10-15 clients.
  • High EQ. You can handle a stressed client with grace and motivate an internal team under a deadline.
  • You know Slack, ClickUp, and Loom/Tella. You are fast on your feet, fast at typing, and never let a notification go stale.
  • Maintain a "constant presence" in client channels. You aren't just a bot; you are a personality. You check in with, "Hey [Name], hope the week is off to a great start! Just a heads up, the team is finishing the new landing page hooks now."
  • Youre the type of person who has a color-coded calendar and finds peace in a clean inbox.
  • You bring a positive, "can-do" vibe to every meeting and message. You make the internal team enjoy working and the clients enjoy paying us.
  • Your English is flawless. You can write professional emails, witty Slack messages, and lead a Zoom call with total confidence and zero language barrier.

You know what a "winning" ad looks like and you understand why a landing page needs a strong offer. You speak the language of the industry.    Offer: Remore, full-time, 9-5 EST Compensation: 2,000 - 3,000$
