Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Projektsteuerung: Sie arbeiten zusammen mit erfahrenem Projektleiter*innen und unterstützen diese in der Projektsteuerung komplexer Hochbauprojekte. Mit Ihrem Organisationsgeschick unterstützen Sie die Projektleitung darin den reibungslosen Kommunikations- und Informationsfluss zwischen Projektbeteiligten sicher zu stellen.
  • Verantwortung für Teilbereiche übernehmen: Sie koordinieren nach intensiver Einarbeitung Abstimmungsprozesse und sorgen für ein effizientes Berichtswesen um einen Überblick über Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten zu gewährleisten. Mit Ihrem Fachwissen unterstützen Sie in der Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Projektsteuerung umsetzen: Sie begleiten aktiv die vertragsgemäße Umsetzung unserer Bauprojekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termine. Ihr Aufgabenbereich erstreckt sich über die Mitarbeit in der Projektplanung und -koordination bis hin zur Budget- und Terminüberwachung.

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Kenntnisse: Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste praktische Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung nach AHO oder auch im Baumanagement der Leistungsphasen 6-8 nach HOAI. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie legen Wert auf einen offenen und ehrlichen Umgang, pflegen dabei einen höflichen sowie respektvollen Stil und leben eine konstruktive Feedbackkultur.
  • Leidenschaft für Ihren Beruf
