Account Manager - ERP, BI sau CRM

Cautam un Account Manager cu experienta in solutii ERP, BI si CRM pentru clientul nostru, unul dintre principalii furnizori de solutii ERP din Romania.

Rolul tau va fi sa mentii si sa dezvolti relatii autentice cu clientii actuali, sa le prezinti cele mai noi solutii si sa identifici oportunitati de afaceri care sa aduca valoare pe termen lung.

Acest rol ofera expunere la proiecte inovatoare si provocatoare in multiple industrii, la nivel local si international, iar biroul companiei se afla in zona Pipera - Pipera Plaza.

Responsabilitati:

  • Gestionarea portofoliului de clienti existenti pentru solutiile ERP, BI & CRM
  • Construirea si mentinerea unor relatii durabile, prin cunoasterea si intelegerea nevoilor clientilor
  • Contributia la cresterea veniturilor prin gestionarea intregului ciclu de vanzare si implementare pentru conturile alocate
  • Colaborarea stransa cu echipele de implementare, produs si suport pentru o experienta optima a clientului
  • Dezvoltarea continua a cunostintelor despre industriile clientilor, procesele functionale si bunele practici

Ce cautam:

  • Experienta solida in vanzari si negociere in domeniile ERP, BI sau CRM
  • Abilitatea de a construi si intretine relatii de lunga durata cu clientii
  • Experienta in negocierea si inchiderea de contracte comerciale complexe
  • Cunostinte tehnice despre solutiile ERP, BI si CRM
  • Gandire strategica si abilitatea de a dezvolta si implementa planuri de vanzare
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si prezentare pentru audiente diverse
  • Cunostinte actuale despre trendurile si bunele practici din industrie
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze fluent
