Простими словами: Zeely допомагає бізнесам підвищувати ефективність performance marketing — швидше створювати креативи, запускати більше тестів, знаходити те, що працює, та масштабувати результат.

Наступний великий крок: B2B-solution для великих маркетингових команд та enterprise-клієнтів — AI-powered creative production, performance analytics, automation та інструменти для швидшого запуску й масштабування маркетингових процесів.

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатися до нас?

- 3+ років досвіду у ролі Graphic / Marketing Designer

- Досвід створення креативів для Facebook / Instagram Ads (банери, сторіз, пости)

- Володіння Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

- Наявність портфоліо з рекламними креативами (показуй, що ти вмієш не лише «гарно», а й результативно)

- Розуміння композиції, кольору, структури рекламного меседжу

- Уважність до деталей, ініціативність, робота з фідбеком

Буде плюсом:

- Знання AI-інструментів (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT + дизайн)

- Досвід роботи з After Effects або шаблонами анімації

З чим ти працюватимеш на цій позиції?

- Створення креативів для рекламних кампаній (статичних візуалів)

- Робота з варіативністю: по кілька версій під тестування

- Генерація ідей, які потім тестуватимуться на реальній аудиторії

- Співпраця з маркетологами, продуктовою та AI-командою

- Аналіз конкурентів, адаптація форматів

- Участь у створенні шаблонів, які потім можуть потрапити в продукт
