L'équipe

L'équipe d'Account Management joue un rôle stratégique au sein de la business unit "revente" de Zefir, servant de liaison entre Zefir et ses agents immobiliers partenaires. Leur objectif principal est de maximiser la performance des agents pour vendre un maximum de biens, tout en offrant une expérience optimale tant aux agents qu'aux vendeurs.

Le rôle et tes challenges

🏠 Gérer un portefeuille d'agents immobiliers partenaires et les aider à atteindre nos objectifs de vente.

📊 Analyser les performances des agents, détecter leurs axes d'amélioration et proposer des actions concrètes pour améliorer leurs résultats (coaching, ajustement de stratégie, outils).

💡 Identifier les ressources nécessaires pour intervenir dans une transaction au moment opportun.

🤝 Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise.

À propos de toi

💜 Tu pourrais être un excellent atout pour Zefir si tu es doté(e) de compétences solides en gestion de comptes, coaching, et analyse de performance. Tu es capable de travailler avec différents profils d’agents, de comprendre leurs besoins et de les guider pour les amener à réussir.

Expérience souhaitée :

🎓 Diplôme de Licence/Master en commerce ou dans des domaines connexes.

💼 Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en Sales et/ou en Account Management.

🤝 Expérience dans la création de relations de confiance avec des clients.

🏆 Expérience dans la promotion de la réussite client dans un environnement "gagner en équipe".

Processus de recrutement

1. Entretien téléphonique (30 min) : Découverte de ton parcours et de tes motivations.

2. Questions écrites : Quelques questions pour mieux te connaître et te challenger sur une mission concrète.

3. Entretien sur site (≈2h) : Entretien sur tes compétences Sales/Account Management, suivi d'une rencontre avec l'un des fondateurs de Zefir.

4. Ref Calls, feedback final et proposition : Retour sur les entretiens et proposition de rôle si nous pensons que tu es le talent qu'il nous faut !
