Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips – und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.

Wir sind ein kleines, spezialisiertes Team mit viel Energie, Motivation und Freude an unserer Arbeit. Gemeinsam montieren und justieren wir feinmechanische EUV-Modulbaugruppen und stellen durch optische sowie messtechnische Kontrollen die erforderliche Qualität sicher. Präzision, technisches Verständnis und Teamarbeit stehen dabei für uns im Mittelpunkt. Durch kurze Entscheidungswege und einen offenen Austausch hast du die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und unsere Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Rolle

  • Bereitstellung und Vollständigkeitsprüfung von Materialien, Sonderteilen und Werkzeugen für den Montageprozess.
  • Organisation, Durchführung und Überwachung der Montageabläufe.
  • Montage von feinmechanischen Baugruppen, Systemen und Mustern nach Vorgaben und Montageunterlagen.
  • Durchführung und sorgfältige Dokumentation von Funktionsprüfungen an Baugruppen, Systemen und Mustern.
  • Analyse und Behebung von Montagefehlern sowie Initiierung von Prozessverbesserungen.
  • Unterstützung von Logistik und Arbeitsvorbereitung bei der Vorbereitung der Montageprozesse.
  • Ein- und Ausschleusen von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen sowie Durchführung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Wareneingangskontrollen gemäß den Vorgaben.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene 3- bis 3,5-jährige Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker oder Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/x).
  • Ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Montage mechatronischer Baugruppen, Systeme und Muster.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Montagewerkzeugen und Erfahrung im Einsatz automatisierter Anlagen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie in SAP.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, zu gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit und zur Tätigkeit im Reinraum.
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise.
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und können sich veränderten Arbeitsbedingungen schnell anpassen.
