ÜBER DIE STELLE

Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, arbeitest sorgfältig und möchtest den Aufbau unserer internen Buchhaltung aktiv mitgestalten?

In unserem Finance Team bei ZEIT FÜR BROT erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, kurze Entscheidungswege und die Möglichkeit, Deine Ideen einzubringen und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team für reibungslose Abläufe in der Finanzbuchhaltung.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Pflege der Kreditorenkonten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei Zahlläufen, im Mahnwesen und bei der Abstimmung offener Posten
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Betreuung und Administration unserer Tools zur Rechnungsfreigabe und Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV
  • Must have: Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Freude an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, den Aufbau unserer internen Buchhaltung mitzugestalten
