Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und möchtest neben Deinem Studium praktische Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung sammeln? Unterstütze unser Finance Team dabei, die Buchhaltung bei ZEIT FÜR BROT intern aufzubauen und Prozesse mitzugestalten. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, kurze Entscheidungswege und Einblicke in die Finanzabläufe eines wachsenden Unternehmens.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Mithilfe bei der Prüfung, Erfassung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit im Mahnwesen, bei der Vorbereitung von Zahlläufen und der Pflege offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Mithilfe bei der Betreuung unseres Rechnungsfreigabe- und Reisekostentools
  • Erstellung einfacher Auswertungen und Statistiken

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Finance
  • Interesse an Buchhaltung und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen oder Grundlagenkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Neues zu lernen
  • Teamgeist und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
