Como Executivo (a) de Vendas Pleno com foco em aftermarket na ZEN S.A. você será responsável por atividades relacionadas a negociação, vendas, acompanhamento de pedidos, atendimento e prospecção de clientes através de pesquisas de mercado, viagens e participação em feiras.Buscamos por profissionais com perfil analítico, com facilidade de adaptabilidade a mudanças, comunicação eficaz, que acompanhe as tendências de mercado e necessidades dos clientes no seguimento IAM.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes e informar internamente as suas reais necessidades;Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as tendências do setor de reposição e as inovações tecnológicas relevantes para a complementação contínua das atuais linhas de produtos e a busca de novas linhas;Apoiar a prospecção de novos clientes com o objetivo do aumento de faturamento e Market-share;Realizar análises regulares de desempenho de vendas, identificando áreas de melhoria e oportunidades de crescimento;Participar de Feiras do Setor com o objetivo de divulgar a marca ZEN, atender bem o público alvo e aumentar vendas e faturamento;Identificar oportunidades de novos negócios no mercado e aumento dos negócios em produtos existentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência na área comercial automotiva (foco em atendimento de clientes de mercado de reposição nacional - IAM);Superior Completo ou cursando em Engenharia Mecânica ou Elétrica, Comércio Exterior, Processos Gerenciais, Administração ou áreas similares;Disponibilidade para viagens de até 15 dias por mês (treinamentos na planta em Brusque e atendimentos a clientes);Habilidade com Pacote Office;CNH categoria B;Conhecimento em Inglês e Espanhol nível Intermediário é um diferencial;
