We are looking for an experienced UX Content Writer & Designer to take ownership of the Polish content across ZEN.COM’s app, business portal and website, ensuring a seamless continuation of our UX writing and localisation work during our Content Designer’s maternity leave. The ideal candidate is a native Polish speaker with near-native English, 5+ years of UX writing or content design experience, strong Figma and AI skills, and the ability to work independently with Product, UX, Engineering and Compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • Native Polish and near-native English. Writes naturally in both languages, not just correctly.
  • 5+ years of UX writing or content design on a digital product, working closely with UX designers and product teams.
  • Strong writing skills: clear, concise and warm. Can write the same message as a button, an error and an email.
  • Hands-on Figma experience: editing text in design files, commenting, working with components.
  • Fluent with AI tools. Builds reusable prompts, skills and workflows that keep copy and terminology consistent.
  • A portfolio of UX copy samples, ideally in both languages.
  • Gets up to speed fast and makes decisions with a small handover.

Nice to have:

  • Background in translation or localisation, especially transcreation, glossary work and TMS tools (Lokalise).
  • Experience in fintech, banking or another regulated industry.
  • Has written or maintained content guidelines and terminology.
  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
  • We would appreciate it if you could share your Gallup test or similar assessment results, if available. You can find a dedicated link in the application form on the next page.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and refine UX copy across the ZEN app, business portal and website: onboarding, payments and transfers, verification, cards, plans and rewards.
  • Own the Polish experience end to end. Transcreate rather than translate, so the copy reads as natural, gender-neutral Polish in ZEN’s friendly voice.
  • Work in Figma with UX designers, from early flows to final screens.
  • Partner with product owners, engineers and compliance to keep copy clear, accurate and on-brand, and flag anything that doesn’t add up.
  • Prepare localisation handoffs: string tables for Lokalise, plus briefs and glossaries for vendors working in other languages.
  • Maintain the glossary, translation memory and content guidelines so terminology stays consistent.
  • Support product and feature naming, launch campaigns and marketing pages when needed.
