  • Assess and coordinate proposed changes to project scope, timelines, resources, costs or implementation approach.
  • Facilitate project meetings and decision-making, ensuring decisions, responsibilities and follow-up actions are clearly documented and communicated.

Risk, issue and change management

  • Maintain project risk and issue registers and coordinate risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring.
  • Develop mitigation measures, contingency scenarios and back-up plans for significant project risks.
  • Establish escalation plans for issues that may affect scope, milestones, budget, quality, supply continuity or regulatory commitments.
  • Evaluate the impact of project changes and support informed decision-making.

Monitoring, reporting and governance

  • Track project progress against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets and performance indicators.
  • Prepare accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
  • Communicate achievements, risks, decisions, changes and upcoming milestones to relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder and network management

  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote cooperation and accountability across cross-functional project teams.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders when their expertise or approval is required.
  • Address communication gaps and misalignment promptly and constructively.
  • Collaborate with functions including Product Technology and Transfers, Analytical Development, Quality, Production, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Life Cycle Management, Portfolio & New Products, Development and B2B, as well as external suppliers, partners and, where applicable, relevant authorities.

Quality, compliance and continuous improvement

  • Perform project activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, applicable legislation, internal procedures and pharmaceutical quality standards.
  • Promptly communicate quality risks, product complaints, deviations or other matters that may affect products, processes or project delivery.
  • Support a strong quality and compliance culture across project teams.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
