Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Betriebskosten- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen für Mietobjekte
  • Erstellung von Hausgeldabrechnungen für WEG-Objekte inkl. Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung von Kostenpositionen sowie Kontrolle der Verteilerschlüssel
  • Abstimmung der Abrechnungsdaten mit der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchungen)
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Fristen und interner Abrechnungszyklen
  • Klärung von Rückfragen zu Abrechnungen mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und unseren Property Managern
  • Mitwirkung an der weiteren Digitalisierung und Standardisierung unserer Abrechnungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Nebenkosten-, Betriebskosten- und/oder Hausgeldabrechnungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
  • Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel); Erfahrung mit gängiger Hausverwaltungssoftware ist ein Plus
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und internen Teams
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
