Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von Bau-, Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination mit externen Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie Handwerkern und Fachplanern
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle – mit gelegentlichen Objektbegehungen oder zur Abnahme
  • Bewertung von Angeboten und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Erstellung von Bauverträgen
  • Dokumentation von Baufortschritten und Begleitung der Gewährleistungsphase
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und technischer Richtlinien an unseren Objekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Verwaltungsteam bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Erörterung von bautechnischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Eigentümer- oder Beiratsversammlungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur – oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit Führungserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Vorarbeiter
  • Praxiserfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Bereich Hochbau (Sanierung oder Modernisierung)
  • Sicheres Lesen und Bewerten von Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Qualität und Kosten
  • Organisationstalent und Erfahrung - Bauvorhaben im Bestand müssen strukturiert, termingerecht und in Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten umgesetzt werden
  • Kommunikationsstärke - Du vermittelst sicher zwischen externen Planern und dem internen Team
  • Spaß an digitalen Tools und modernen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im Bereich WEG oder Mietverwaltung, Erfahrung mit VOB, digitalen Projektmanagement-Tools
