Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Begeistere Eigenheimbesitzer für effiziente Wärmepumpensysteme – optional auch in Kombination mit Photovoltaik.
  • Profitiere von unserem starken Kundenstamm: Über 8.300 zufriedene Photovoltaik-Kunden kennen und schätzen uns bereits – ideales Potenzial für den nächsten Schritt Richtung Wärmepumpe.
  • Arbeite ausschließlich mit qualifizierten Leads: Unser starkes Innendienst-Team koordiniert deine Beratungstermine – keine Kaltakquise, nur echte Abschlusschancen.
  • Konzentriere dich voll auf Beratung, Planung und den Abschluss – den Rest übernehmen Innendienst und unser Handwerksteam.
  • Entwickle unseren Wärmepumpen-Vertrieb von Anfang an weiter – mit deinen Ideen, deinem Netzwerk und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität.

Dein Profil

  • Vertrieb liegt dir im Blut: Du warst bereits vertrieblich aktiv, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast richtig Lust, Kunden zu überzeugen und Abschlüsse zu machen.
  • Erfahrung im Wärmepumpenvertrieb oder in der Heizungsbranche ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Heizlast, JAZ und Förderung bringen wir dir bei.
  • Unsere Kunden berätst du persönlich vor Ort und erklärst dabei auch Technisches verständlich.
  • Dein Deutsch ist verhandlungssicher.
  • Organisiert, flexibel und mobil zu sein, ist für dich selbstverständlich. Den Führerschein Klasse B setzen wir voraus.
  • Mit MS Office 365 arbeitest du auch remote sicher, deine Kontakte hältst du im CRM sauber, und du entwickelst dich gerne weiter.
