Wir sind ZEO SOLAR – ein inhabergeführter Meisterbetrieb (Elektro & Heizung) mit rund 80 Mitarbeitern. Wir planen und installieren Photovoltaikanlagen, Stromspeicher und Wärmepumpen für Kunden in Bayern. Bei uns dreht sich alles um persönliche Betreuung und echte Verbindungen zu unseren Kunden.

Als Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) bist du die erste Stimme, die unsere Interessenten hören – und damit ein entscheidender Teil unseres Erfolgs.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme bei eingehenden Anfragen – du bist die erste Stimme, die unsere Interessenten hören
  • Strukturierte Erstberatung: kurze Einschätzung der Situation, ohne komplexe Berechnungen – den Rest übernimmt der Außendienst
  • Terminvereinbarung für unsere Fachberater im Außendienst
  • Routenplanung und -optimierung für die Fachberater mit modernen Tools
  • Pflege von Terminen, Kundendaten und Abläufen im CRM – für einen reibungslosen Prozess
  • Kundenrückfragen beantworten und von Anfang an für eine positive Kundenerfahrung sorgen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Inside Sales, Kundenservice oder Call-Center von Vorteil – gerne aus Photovoltaik, SHK, Handwerk oder einem beratungsintensiven Umfeld
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am direkten Austausch mit Menschen.
  • Du bist schlagfertig, kommunikativ und auch in stressigen Situationen freundlich und souverän.
  • Du bist selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und einem klaren Blick für Prioritäten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Programmen (MS Office, CRM-Systeme)
