Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Inzing bei Innsbruck suchen wir eine/-n engagierte/-n Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst.

Darauf haben Sie Lust

  • Telefon und Kundenempfang
  • Auftragsbearbeitung Rechnungserstellung für die Niederlassung im Bereich Gebrauchtmaschinen
  • Vertragseingaben und Disposition für Gebrauchtmaschinen
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Komponenten und Anbauteilen
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Kontierung und Bearbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Serviceorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein freundliches Auftreten

Für diese Position wird ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 2.600,00 geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
