1、统招本科以上学历，3年以上招聘工作经验； 2、有汽车行业猎头及HR工作经验者优先； 3、专业能力上，对人才的选和用有深入理解，能够把人才选用和后续工作结合起来； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和多任务同时推进的能力，在交付节奏上，和业务部门能够达成共识； 5、自我驱动，思考力强，认真负责，有亲和力，能承担较大的工作压力，能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏。
