工作职责： 1、负责区域内电动重卡客户清单管理和商机把握，制定客户开发策略； 2、负责与区域内新能源重卡相关的生态圈建联与合作，并联合打造具有区域优势的一体化生态解决方案； 3、新能源重卡法规动向监控、竞品对标分析并制定应对策略； 4、负责区域内渠道开发和培育，分区域制定多样化的销售策略； 5、负责区域内的政府/央企/国企类行业大客户项目的专项开发和维系， 6、负责区域内各种应用场景下的分区域/分行业/分客户的开发策略制定、营销活动开展及客户关系维系；

任职要求： 1、充分认可重卡电动化和智能化的发展趋势； 2、重点区域：华东、华中、华北、北方、西部区域； 3、大学本科及以上学历，从事重卡销售管理工作5年以上（有新能源重卡从业经验者更佳）； 4、能力要求：①具备重卡行业的渠道开发和管理能力；②具备重卡行业大客户开发和商务谈判能力；③具备新能源重卡行业方案策划能力；④能够熟练运用常用的办公软件；⑤具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
