Du hast ein Händchen für Präzision und ein Auge fürs Detail?

Als Kaschierer (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für das perfekte Finish im Innenraum von Fahrzeugen – ob beim Beziehen von Bauteilen mit hochwertigen Materialien oder beim passgenauen Montieren von Interieurkomponenten. Wenn du gerne handwerklich arbeitest und Autos deine Leidenschaft sind, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Die Stelle ist ab 01.01.2026 zunächst befristet für 1 Jahr zu besetzen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst arbeiten für die Herstellung von hochwertigen Lederprodukten, insbesondere in der Fahrzeugausstattung (z. B. Lenkräder, Armaturenbretter etc.)
  • Du bist interner Ansprechpartner für das Thema Interieurfertigung
  • Mithilfe unserer Nähautomaten und Schneidemaschinen erstellst du Kaschierteile
  • Du erstellst und digitalisierst neue Schablonen und unterstützt im Team bei Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Materialbeschaffung und behältst dabei immer die Lagerbestände im Blick

Das bringst du bereits mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaschierer, Sattler, Fahrzeugsattler, Fahrzeuginnenausstatter, Polsterer, Textilgestalter (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Die Fahrzeugveredelung macht dir Spaß
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Fahrzeuginterieur und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du hast gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Bestenfalls hast du ein technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Fahrzeuginnenausstattungen
