Du behältst auch bei komplexen Abläufen stets den Überblick und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Material- und Auftragsfluss? Als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) koordinierst du dein Team, steuerst Prozesse im ERP-System und bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Mit deinem Organisationstalent stellst du die termingerechte Umsetzung sicher, überwachst Bestände und Qualität und bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung unserer Abläufe ein.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Arbeitsablaufs
  • Bauteilversorgung der Prüflinien unter Anwendung der FIFO-Strategie
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in Bezug auf die Auftragsbearbeitung und -ausführung
  • Auftragsbezogene Mitarbeiterkoordination und Auftragsunterweisung für die Mitarbeiter
  • Monitoring offener Transaktionen und Überwachung der in ERP-System (WE/WA) / Bedarfsplanung
  • Inventur der verschiedenen Lagertypen und Bearbeitung von Transportschäden im ERP-System
  • Ticketerstellung bei abweichenden Anlieferungen im ERP-System
  • Prüfung, Sichtung, Nachbearbeitung sowie Stichprobenkontrollen bei Erstmusterbauteilen
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden über die weitere Bearbeitung von Sperrlagerbeständen sowie die systemseitige Überwachung der Sperrlagerbestände im ERP-System
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Organisation der Einhaltung aller internen Managementvorgaben am Standort ( z. B. Leanmanagementmaßnahmen, Shoopfloor)

Das bringst du bereits mit:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion oder Fertigung (Automobilbranche) von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Flexibilität
  • Erkennen von ergonomische und prozessorientierten Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • wirtschaftliches Denken
