工作职责: 1、负责机器人软件系统的架构设计、业务框架系统开发工作; 2、负责功能模块如主控芯片、AI算力板、MCU、传感器、全身关节控制器、DDS通信机制等软件的开发及维护; 3、负责软件系统核心问题攻关、系统优化、系统告警、端云通信、OTA机制，制定软件开发规范; 4、开发优化中间件系统的性能，提升机器人整体系统的可扩展性、稳定性及实时性。

1、本科及以上学历，软件开发等相关专业（优先），有人形机器人软件开发经验者优先; 2、精通 C/C++、ROS2及底层原理和开发、DDS协议等，熟悉Python、Shell等语言; 3、精通 Ubuntu/Linux/RTOS系统开发，能够熟练使用各类开发调试工具; 4、熟悉多进程、多线程编程，对进程调度、进程间通讯、内存管理有深刻理解; 5、熟悉常用通信方法，如串口、TCP、UDP、Socket、EtherCAT/RS485/CAN/Modbus; 6、自驱能力强，承压能力强，能够适应工作快节奏。
