AI与图像算法方向 1. 负责AOI模型开发与训练，开展图像处理、缺陷检测、尺寸量测及分类识别等算法开发 2. 负责图像处理算法及AI模型的工程化与落地，参与算法模型部署与性能优化 3. 负责AOI软件平台相关功能开发，包括图像采集、算法调用、数据报表及MES对接等 4. 配合硬件团队完成相机选型、光源调试及系统标定，优化算法在产线环境中的稳定性与实时性 5. 负责产品光学性能参数、图像处理质量及传感器性能测试，协助解决图像质量问题

光学算法方向 1. 负责相关实验的搭建与验证 2. 负责光学相关算法设计、开发与验证 3. 结合实验结果开展数据分析及算法优化

信息化系统开发方向 1. 负责全球化软件平台的架构设计、开发与维护，支持研发实验室及产品转产相关管理需求 2. 负责MES、WMS、VMI等信息化系统的开发及对接 3. 负责生产系统相关功能模块的后端开发与优化，保障平台服务稳定、高效运行 4. 参与生产工单、物料、设备、成本等业务系统的功能开发与数据对接

1. 2027届硕士及以上学历，计算机类、人工智能类、电子信息类、通信类、自动化类或应用数学类等相关专业 2. 985院校及以上优先 3. 熟练掌握Python或C++，具备良好的编程习惯和软件工程意识 4. 熟悉图像处理、计算机视觉或深度学习相关基础，熟悉OpenCV、PyTorch、TensorFlow等工具或框架者优先 5. 具备算法模型训练、部署或工程化落地相关经验，熟悉ONNX、TensorRT、OpenVINO等推理框架者优先 6. 有AOI、工业视觉检测、图像处理、计算机视觉或相关项目经验者优先 7. 具备较强的数学基础、问题分析能力、技术文献阅读能力和算法实现能力 8. 具备良好的学习能力、自驱力、沟通能力和团队合作精神 9. 英语CET-6及以上
