测试平台开发（智能制造）方向 1. 负责自动化程序需求受理、需求梳理、可行性评估及落地跟踪，实现需求全流程闭环管理 2. 负责寄存器初始化自动化程序的开发、调试、功能优化与版本迭代，保障程序功能适配业务需求 3. 负责程序现场异常监控、故障定位、问题排查与处理闭环，快速响应生产异常 4. 建立异常跟踪与复盘机制，推动问题根因分析与改善，提升程序长期稳定性 5. 负责程序运维、文档更新及知识沉淀，协同现场生产保障多厂区业务稳定运行

1. 2027届硕士及以上学历，软件类、自动化类、电子信息类、通信类、光电类、计算机类等相关专业 2. 211-双一流院校及以上 3. 测试平台开发（研发）方向：熟练掌握 C/C++, Labview 或 Python 中至少一种编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯；具备测试及生产软件系统开发、调试及维护能力，有相关课程设计、竞赛、开源项目或实习经历者优先 4. 测试平台开发（智能制造）方向：具备自动化程序问题分析、异常定位及解决能力，能够独立对接业务需求，熟悉生产制造流程者优先 5. 英语CET-6及以上
