Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

## Company Overview An early-stage startup in the B2B SaaS market within the health care industry, focused on delivering innovative solutions to enhance health care services and improve patient outcomes.

## Job Summary The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will spearhead the technological vision and development of the company's products. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the scalability of our technology solutions. The CTO will work closely with other C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to support business objectives. - Lead the technology team in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. - Ensure the scalability, security, and robustness of the technical architecture. - Collaborate with product and business teams to integrate technological advancements into product offerings. - Evaluate and implement new technologies and infrastructure to enhance or replace existing systems. - Mentor and grow the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven leadership experience in a technical role within the B2B SaaS market. - Strong understanding of health care industry technology needs and compliance requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Effective communication skills for interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with cloud computing, AI, and machine learning technologies.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the health care industry. - Experience in a startup environment, adapting to rapid changes and challenges. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the health care sector.

## Experience Minimum of 3 years in a senior technology leadership role, with experience in managing teams and delivering SaaS products.
