Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Wir suchen ab sofort eine motivierte Unterstützung für unser Office Team, die als gute Seele des Hauses dafür sorgt, dass im Alltag alles glattläuft.
  • Dein Hauptfokus liegt darauf, dass unsere Gemeinschaftsflächen wie die Besprechungsräume, die Küche und der Aufenthaltsraum stets ordentlich und gemütlich sind.
  • Du hast ein Auge für die kleinen Dinge: Du bestückst die Spülmaschinen, behältst unsere Vorräte an Kaffee, Snacks und Getränken im Blick und kümmerst Dich liebevoll um die Pflege unserer Kaffeemaschinen, damit die Koffein-Versorgung im Team gesichert ist.
  • Auch bei kleinen Besorgungen unterstützt Du uns tatkräftig und stellst sicher, dass die allgemeine Sauberkeit über die Grundreinigung hinaus immer auf einem Level bleibt, bei dem sich sowohl Kollegen als auch Gäste rundum willkommen fühlen.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Ästhetik – Du siehst sofort, wenn irgendwo ein Kissen schief liegt oder der Keks-Vorrat zur Neige geht.
  • Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern packst dort an, wo es gerade nötig ist.
  • Du scheust Dich nicht vor körperlichem Einsatz und packst auch beim Verräumen von Getränkekisten oder größeren Lieferungen energetisch mit an.
  • Du hast ein gutes Händchen für kleine Handgriffe, Ausbesserungen oder Reparaturen im Büroalltag und löst diese gerne selbstständig.
  • Mit deiner zuverlässigen Art und deinem freundlichen Auftreten passt Du perfekt in unsere familiäre Struktur.
  • Wir benötigen Deine Unterstützung etwa 15 Stunden pro Woche, vorzugsweise täglich 3h am Vormittag.
