Du willst nicht nur Dashboards pflegen, sondern die Plattform bauen, auf der moderne BI und KI-Anwendungen überhaupt erst möglich werden? Bei uns triffst Du auf ein Team, das Data Engineering und KI-Infrastruktur ganzheitlich zusammendenkt. Wir suchen jemanden, der Datenplattformen praktisch weiterentwickelt, saubere Schnittstellen baut und für eine zuverlässige, sichere Datenbereitstellung sorgt.

Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • In dieser Rolle treibst Du den Auf- und Ausbau unseres Data Warehouse von der Kernmodellierung bis zur Backend-Anbindung voran.
  • Du entwickelst saubere APIs und bringst verteilte Query-Engines (wie Trino) auf Höchstleistung, um Daten aus unterschiedlichsten Quellen stabil zusammenzuführen.
  • Deine Pipelines bringst Du automatisiert via CI/CD in Produktion und gestaltest eine resiliente Cloud-Infrastruktur mittels Infrastructure as Code, Hochverfügbarkeit und durchdachten Failover-Konzepten.
  • Neben verlässlicher Observability und höchster Datensicherheit (DSGVO) gestaltest Du aktiv unsere moderne GenAI- und RAG-Infrastruktur mit.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du hast bereits Data Warehouses aufgebaut, fühlst Dich in der Softwareentwicklung (Backend, APIs, CI/CD) pudelwohl und bringst Erfahrung mit Linux und Docker mit.
  • Verteilte Query-Engines (bevorzugt Trino) und moderne Cloud-Architekturen sind für Dich vertrautes Terrain.
  • Ein wachsames Auge für Security, DSGVO und Observability zeichnet Dich ebenso aus wie Deine strukturierte Art, knifflige Herausforderungen nachhaltig zu lösen.
  • Du hast Lust auf Zukunftsthemen wie GenAI, RAG oder agentische KI – und nutzt smarte KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude & Co. bereits ganz selbstverständlich in Deinem Arbeitsalltag.
  • Um bei uns so richtig Fuß fassen zu können, ist es zwingend notwendig, dass Du Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau beherrschst.
  • Du genießt die Freiheit, zu 100 % im Homeoffice von Deinem Lieblingsort in Deutschland aus zu arbeiten. Auch Teilzeit ist möglich, idealerweise ab 30 Stunden pro Woche.
