  • Nach der Installation unserer Software stehst Du den Praxen als verlässliche Ansprechperson zur Seite: Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung, schulst das Praxisteam und sorgst dafür, dass der Start rundum gelingt. Dabei hast Du ein gutes Gespür dafür, wann zusätzliche Unterstützung sinnvoll ist, und erkennst Potenziale für Upgrades oder Zusatzmodule.
  • Du behältst im Blick, wie unsere Software im Praxisalltag genutzt wird, und gibst proaktiv Tipps, wie Abläufe noch effizienter gestaltet werden können. Dein Feedback aus der Praxis ist wertvoll: Du bringst es aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Produkt-Team ein und hilfst so, unsere Software kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen bist Du nah an unseren Kundinnen und Kunden dran und stellst mit regelmäßigen Check-ins eine hohe Zufriedenheit sicher.
  • Um bei uns durchstarten zu können, musst Du nicht zwangsläufig in Thüringen wohnen, denn wir suchen deutschlandweit tatkräftige Unterstützung. Unser Team arbeitet meist kombiniert von Zuhause aus dem Home Office oder einem unserer Büros oder vor Ort bei Kunden und Kundinnen, was eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft auf Deiner Seite voraussetzt.
  • Die Position ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du kommst idealerweise aus dem Dentalbereich z.B. als ZFA, Praxismanager:in oder Dental-Fachberater:in oder hast bereits Erfahrung im Customer Success mit erklärungsbedürftiger Software gesammelt.
  • Es fällt Dir leicht, auch komplexe Themen verständlich auf den Punkt zu bringen. Mit Deiner empathischen Art schaffst Du Vertrauen und bleibst auch in herausfordernden Situationen ein souveräner und verlässlicher Ansprechpartner.
  • Digitale Tools sind für Dich kein Neuland. Du hast Freude daran, Dich tief in Softwarelösungen und die Abläufe von Zahnarztpraxen einzuarbeiten und Dein Wissen kontinuierlich auszubauen.
  • Dein Interesse an KI-Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) oder idealerweise sogar erste Erfahrungen mit agentischer KI wie Codex, Claude Cowork, Gemini Spark oder OpenClaw dürfen bei uns gerne praktisch angewandt werden.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst lösungsorientiert und handelst proaktiv immer mit dem Ziel, die bestmögliche Lösung für unsere Kund:innen zu finden.
  • Um bei uns so richtig Fuß fassen zu können, ist es zwingend notwendig, dass Du Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau beherrschst.
