Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Unsere bestehenden und neuen Software-Applikationen werden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team aus Software-Entwicklern und -Testern von Dir maßgeblich gepflegt und weiterentwickelt.
  • Du bist im kompletten Produktentwicklungszyklus vorne mit dabei und bringst Deine Ideen von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis hin zur Integration bei uns voran.
  • Du erstellst, testest, integrierst und dokumentierst komplexe Softwarelösungen und treibst so gemeinsam mit uns die Digitalisierung und Vernetzung der Arztpraxen sowie die Kommunikation zwischen Patienten und Ärzten voran.
  • Wenn Du Lust hast, kannst Du auch selbst irgendwann zusätzliche Aufgaben als Produktmanager für ein bestimmtes Produkt oder Projekt übernehmen und so immer weiter über den Tellerrand hinausschauen.
  • Diese Position kann zu 100% aus dem Home-Office ausgeübt werden. Du musst also nicht in Thüringen oder der näheren Umgebung wohnen, um bei uns zu arbeiten, sondern kannst selbst bestimmen, wann Du wo arbeiten willst.
  • Einer Teilzeitanstellung steht auch grundsätzlich nichts im Wege, allerdings wäre es ideal, wenn Du wöchentlich mindestens 30h Deiner Zeit mit uns verbringst.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Mathematik/Physik oder eine entsprechende Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung hast du bereits gesammelt und dabei gemerkt: Genau das ist Dein Ding!
  • APIs und Schnittstellen sind für Dich nicht nur technische Begriffe. Du verstehst, wie man leistungsfähige Backends für moderne Frontends gestaltet.
  • Auch im Bereich Server- und API-Entwicklung kennst Du Dich gut aus und bringst solides Know-how mit.
  • In der Webentwicklung fühlst Du Dich wohl. Am liebsten bewegst Du Dich sowohl im Backend (z. B. mit Node.js) als auch im Frontend, etwa mit React, Vue oder Angular.
  • Datenbanksysteme - und schemas sind dir nicht fremd und du hast schon Erfahrung damit gesammelt.
  • Du weißt was agiles Arbeiten z.B. in Scrum-Teams bedeutet und hast dies vielleicht selbst schon erfahren dürfen.
  • Du gehst Aufgaben proaktiv an und bringst deine Ideen ein.
  • Dein Interesse endet nicht beim reinen Coding. Du denkst gerne über den gesamten Software-Development-Lifecycle hinweg und möchtest wirklich etwas bewegen.
  • Deine ersten Erfahrungen mit agentischer Softwareentwicklung (z. B. CLI-basierte KI-Programmierung via Claude Code / Codex) oder im Bereich Vibecoding dürfen bei uns praktisch angewandt werden.
  • Um bei uns so richtig Fuß fassen zu können, ist es zwingend notwendig, dass Du Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau beherrschst.
