Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Gemeinsam mit den Kolleginnen der Finanzbuchhaltung übernimmst Du zuverlässig alles, was Buchhaltung bedeutet und baust die bestehenden Prozesse und Strukturen dazu sinnvoll weiter.
  • Ob Prüfen, Zuordnen, Kontieren und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen, Pflege des Anlagevermögens, Schreiben von Ausgangsrechnungen, Erstellung von Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen, das eigenständige Klären und Abstimmen der Sach- und Personenkonten – Du nimmst Dich der notwendigen Schritte an und führst sie stringent zum Ende.
  • Den Zahlungsverkehr und SEPA Lastschrifteneinzug wickelst Du zeitgerecht ab und sorgst auch dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter zeitnah ihre Reisekosten erstattet bekommen.
  • Wenn es sein muss, ist auch Mahnwesen Dein Thema.
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten bist Du dabei und sorgst dafür, dass bei einer Prüfung alles sitzt.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium erfolgreich hinter Dir.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Steuerkenntnisse mit. Erste Erfahrungen mit SKR04 und DATEV (Rechnungswesen, ANLAG) wären ein zusätzliches Plus.
  • MS Office und eine gekonnte Nutzung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Dein Interesse an KI-Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) oder idealerweise sogar erste Erfahrungen mit agentischer KI wie Codex, Claude Cowork, Gemini Spark oder OpenClaw dürfen bei uns gerne praktisch angewandt werden.
  • Du liebst es, sehr selbstständig zu arbeiten, bringst ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und hohe Flexibilität mit und Teamfähigkeit ist für Dich so selbstverständlich, dass wir davon überhaupt nicht reden müssen (so ähnlich wie die Option auf Teilzeit bei uns).
  • Leider ist bei dieser Position keine ausschließliche Tätigkeit im Home-Office möglich, da Du vor Ort von Deinen Kollegen gebraucht wirst.
