Du willst Kampagnen nicht einfach nur laufen lassen, sondern herausfinden, was wirklich funktioniert? Als Performance Marketing Manager sorgst Du dafür, dass zollsoft und unsere Marken digital weiter wachsen – mit Daten, Experimentierfreude und der ein oder anderen Idee, die vorher noch niemand auf dem Zettel hatte.

Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising und relevante Social-Plattformen sind Dein Spielfeld: Du setzt Kampagnen auf, steuerst sie und holst Schritt für Schritt mehr aus ihnen heraus.
  • Du probierst neue Kanäle, Zielgruppen und Formate aus, stellst Hypothesen auf und lässt am Ende lieber die Zahlen entscheiden als Dein Bauchgefühl.
  • Mit offenen Augen beobachtest Du, wo sich unsere Zielgruppen bewegen, und bringst neue Ideen ein, wie und wo wir sie noch erreichen können.
  • Du schaust nicht nur auf Klicks und CPCs, sondern willst wissen, was danach passiert: Welche Kampagnen bringen qualifizierte Leads, Pipeline und am Ende neue Kund:innen?
  • Auch unserem Tracking und unseren Daten gehst Du gerne auf den Grund und hilfst uns dabei, beides kontinuierlich besser zu machen.
  • KI ist dabei Dein Co-Worker: Du nutzt sie für Analysen, Reportings, Anzeigenvarianten, Recherche und Automatisierungen oder baust Dir eigene Workflows, die Dir Arbeit abnehmen.
  • Und weil gute Ideen vom Herumliegen selten besser werden, setzt Du Tests direkt selbst um. Für Design, Web, Content und Marketing Automation holst Du Dir bei Bedarf unsere Spezialist:innen mit ins Boot.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, Online Marketing oder Paid Advertising gesammelt und bereits mit Google Ads gearbeitet oder richtig Lust, Dich tief darin einzugraben.
  • Microsoft Advertising und Paid Social sind für Dich ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du bist neugierig und experimentierfreudig: Neue Tools, Plattformen und Ansätze probierst Du lieber selbst aus, als lange darüber zu philosophieren, ob sie funktionieren könnten.
  • Zahlen schrecken Dich nicht ab: Du willst verstehen, warum eine Kampagne funktioniert oder eben nicht und leitest daraus Deinen nächsten Test ab.
  • Du bringst ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Tracking und Web Analytics mit oder hast Lust, Dich ordentlich unter die Motorhaube zu arbeiten.
  • Claude, ChatGPT & Co. nutzt Du nicht nur zum Texteschreiben. Du experimentierst damit, wie KI Analysen, Prozesse, Reportings und Deinen Arbeitsalltag smarter machen kann.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und pragmatisch, stellst Fragen und eignest Dir neues Wissen gerne selbst an.
  • Um bei uns richtig Fuß zu fassen, beherrschst Du Deutsch fließend auf mindestens C1- Niveau.
