Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung eines Entwicklerteams in unserer tomedo®-Entwicklung, gibst Orientierung und schaffst den Rahmen, in dem Dein Team fokussiert arbeiten und sich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln kann.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche, gibst Dein Wissen durch Mentoring, Pair Programming und Code-Reviews weiter und begleitest neue Kolleg:innen beim Ankommen im Team.
  • Du hältst die Fäden zwischen Produktmanagement, UI/UX, Support, Testing und Entwicklung zusammen, verhandelst Prioritäten und machst technische Schulden sowie Bottlenecks sichtbar. Komplexe technische Zusammenhänge übersetzt Du dabei so, dass am Ende alle dasselbe Zielbild vor Augen haben.
  • Ganz vom Code verabschiedest Du Dich als Teamleitung nicht: Du übernimmst kritische Module, baust Proof-of-Concepts und prüfst Architekturentscheidungen lieber an der Code-Realität als nur am Whiteboard.
  • Du etablierst Code-Reviews, Teststrategien und CI/CD nicht als lästige Kontrollinstanz, sondern als gemeinsamen Standard für gute Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du behältst moderne Entwicklungswerkzeuge im Blick – inklusive KI- und Agenten-Tools – und führst das ein, was Deinem Team im Alltag wirklich Zeit spart.
  • Du genießt die Freiheit, zu 100 % im Homeoffice von Deinem Lieblingsort in Deutschland aus zu arbeiten. Auch Teilzeit ist möglich, idealerweise ab 35 Stunden pro Woche.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit, idealerweise in der nativen Entwicklung mit Objective-C/Swift oder in der Java-Entwicklung.
  • Du hast bereits ein Team fachlich geführt oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle Verantwortung für andere Entwickler:innen übernommen.
  • Du gibst Orientierung, überträgst Verantwortung und verstehst Dich als Enabler für Kolleg:innen mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungsleveln.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit agentischer Softwareentwicklung oder KI-Tools. Relationale Datenbanken, idealerweise PostgreSQL, Git-basierte Workflows, automatisierte Tests und CI/CD-Prozesse gehören für Dich ebenfalls zum Entwickleralltag.
  • Um bei uns richtig Fuß zu fassen, beherrschst Du Deutsch fließend auf mindestens C1-Niveau. Gutes Englisch bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
