Over ZON Transitie Support

ZON Transitie Support is een jonge organisatie die een substantiële bijdrage levert aan de realisatie van de Nederlandse klimaatambities en doelstellingen. Alleen door samen te werken krijgen we iedereen van het aardgas af, heeft iedereen straks toegang tot duurzame elektriciteit via zon of wind en bezitten we allen een comfortabele, goed geïsoleerde woning. ZON Transitie Support ondersteunt dit door middel van projectontwikkeling van A tot Z wat wordt ondersteund door een ontwikkelproces. De organisatie van ZON Transitie Support richt zich na deze ontwikkelprojecten specifiek op het verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en engineering van bijvoorbeeld de aanleg van een duurzame, nieuwe infrastructuur. Tijdens de realisatiefase ben je nauw betrokken als adviseur bij het bouwteam.

Binnen deze organisatie kom je te werken in een hecht en snel groeiend team. De organisatie kent een informele no nonsens cultuur, waarbij de communicatielijnen kort zijn. De continue uitbreiding van bedrijfsactiviteiten zorgt voor een steeds veranderende omgeving. De werkzaamheden zijn dan ook erg dynamisch en kunnen dagelijks wijzigen.

Vacatureomschrijving

In deze rol combineer je twee specialismen; Technische Ontwikkeling en Commercie. Je bent verantwoordelijk tijdens de ontwikkel- en ontwerpfase van een nieuw duurzaam warmtenet. Je krijgt alle partijen die betrokken zijn bij het tot stand brengen van een duurzaam ontwerp van warmtenet en warmteopwekking bij elkaar aan tafel, begrijpt hun commercieel belang en kan door een gedegen voorbereiding en duidelijke visie, succesvolle contracten afsluiten.

Soms word een gebied aangewezen, omdat er bijvoorbeeld al een warmtenet ligt of een potentiële, (rest) warmtebron ((bv een rioolwaterzuivering), maar doordat je je thuis voelt in de warmtewereld, heb je zelf ook een goed beeld van potentiële gebieden. Je bekijkt de bronnen en gaat actief in gesprek met potentiële afnemers. en praat zo nodig met gemeenten en andere instanties. Je pakt door en jaagt er achter aan totdat er een leveringsovereenkomst is, die jij zelf, samen met de relevante (sales) collega’s voorbereid.

Functie-eisen

  • Een HBO of WO opleiding op het snijvlak van Techniek en Bedrijfskunde.
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Een pre als je al kennis hebt van Salesforce en eventueel GIS, maar geen must;
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en bovenal heb je overtuigingskracht.
