ZON Transitie Support is een jonge organisatie die een substantiële bijdrage wil leveren aan de realisatie van de Nederlandse klimaatambities en doelstellingen. Alleen door samen te werken krijgen we iedereen van het aardgas af, heeft iedereen straks toegang tot duurzame elektriciteit via zon of wind en bezitten we allen een comfortabele, goed geïsoleerde woning. Zon Transitie Support probeert hierin te ondersteunen door middel van het begeleiden van projectontwikkeling van begin tot eind. De organisatie richt zich binnen deze projecten specifiek op het verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en engineering van bijvoorbeeld de aanleg van een duurzame, nieuwe infrastructuur.

Binnen deze organisatie kom je te werken in een hecht en snel groeiend team. De organisatie kent een informele no nonsens cultuur, waarbij de communicatielijnen kort zijn. De continue uitbreiding van bedrijfsactiviteiten zorg voor een steeds veranderende omgeving. De werkzaamheden zijn dan ook erg dynamisch en kunnen dagelijks wijzigen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Projectleider binneninstallaties (40 uur per week) In de functie van Projectleider binneninstallaties ben jij dé schakel tussen aannemers, engineers en leveranciers als het gaat om de inpandige installaties. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste opname van de gebouwinstallaties van potentiële klanten. Vervolgens heb je in de werkvoorbereiding inspraak in het ontwerp. Gedurende het hele project ben je als opzichter bezig met het waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit. Tevens stel je planningen op, controleer je plannen en document én bewaak je de kosten. Dit alles doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de Projectleider Infra en andere afdelingen. In de uren op kantoor stel je de benodigde beleidsstukken op die je vervolgens implementeert in de organisatie. Ook het opstellen van een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem behoort tot het takenpakket, dit doe je samen met de Projectleider Infra. Je functie vraagt zowel intellectuele, praktische, contactuele als professionele eigenschappen.

Functie-eisen

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
  • Vijf jaar werkervaring met stadswarmtetechniek, tenminste met directe betrokkenheid bij binneninstallaties.
  • Actuele kennis van KAM-processen en de daartoe behorende wettelijke regels, normeringen en standaarden.
  • Ervaring met installatietechniek, meet en regeltechniek en het optimaliseren van binnen-installaties is een pré.
  • In het bezit van een VCA-VOL diploma.
  • Bereidheid aanvullende cursussen te volgen.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waarmee je tegengestelde belangen oplost zonder dat het ten koste gaat van de relatie.
  • Technisch inzicht en een sterk analytisch vermogen waarmee je problemen oplost.
  • Assertiviteit, je spreekt uit jezelf mensen aan om je doel te bereiken.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, je hebt oog voor details en maakt duidelijke managementrapportages.
  • Doortastendheid, je stelt de juiste vragen en bent continu op zoek naar verbetering.
  • Zelfstandigheid, je kan zelf opdrachten tot een goed einde brengen en hebt weinig sturing nodig.
  • Enthousiasme, je krijgt energie van stadswarmtetechniek en draagt dat over op het uitvoerende team.
