🩺 Wat ga je doen? Je pakt een actieve rol in de medische zorg voor de bewoners. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.

Je:

  • Verleent directe medische zorg: van diagnostiek tot behandelplan;
  • Neemt regie bij opname- en ontslagtrajecten;
  • Onderhoudt nauw contact met familie, huisartsen en specialisten;
  • Werkt intensief samen in een multidisciplinair team;
  • Draagt actief bij aan verbetering en vernieuwing van de zorg.

🏥 Waar ga je werken? Binnen het behandelcentrum staan professionaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal. Je werkt hier samen met zo’n 60 behandelaren in een betrokken en deskundig team dat jou uitdaagt én ondersteunt. Het team bestaat uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde (waarvan enkele kaderartsen), verpleegkundig specialisten, A(N)IOS-sen, praktijkverpleegkundigen en een sterke secretariële ondersteuning.

Binnen Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland zijn drie grote revalidatie afdelingen (expertise op gebied van CVA, orthopedische-, oncologisch- en algemene revalidatie), een ELV-afdeling (Eerstelijnsverblijf), een palliatieve unit, meervoudige afdelingen waar chronische somatische- en PG zorg wordt geleverd. Wij hebben locaties in Amsterdam (Buitenveldert), Amstelveen, Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, Vinkeveen en Mijdrecht. We gaan graag met jou in gesprek welke afdeling en locatie het beste bij jou past.

🎓 Wij vragen

  • Een BIG-geregistreerde basisarts (of bijna afgestudeerd Master Geneeskunde);
  • Affiniteit met ouderenzorg;
  • Bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer (in verband met bereikbaarheidsdiensten).

Jij bent:

  • Analytisch en besluitvaardig;
  • Communicatief sterk en betrokken;
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler;
  • Leergierig en gedreven om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

💼 Wij bieden

Je krijgt als basisarts ouderengeneeskunde (ANIOS) WLZ 24–36 uur per week | Amstelveen:

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 65 € 4.822,50 – € 7.263,94 o.b.v. 36 uur (inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring);
  • Flexibele werkuren van 24 tot 32 uur per week zodat je werk en privé perfect in balans houdt;
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast (direct vast bespreekbaar);
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering (13e maand);
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Sterke focus op jouw ontwikkeling door:
  1. Opleidingsprogramma voor startende basisartsen;
  2. Onderwijsmomenten en coaching;
  3. Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting specialisatie.
