A Zortéa Construções, empresa com 47 anos de história e referência em construções agroindustriais, busca um Encarregado de Máquinas e Equipamentos para integrar sua equipe.

Buscamos um profissional com experiência em liderança de equipes operacionais e conhecimento prático de máquinas, equipamentos e veículos. Sua atuação será essencial para alinhar as demandas da operação, da manutenção e da gestão da obra, contribuindo para a segurança, a produtividade e a conservação dos equipamentos.

Planejar e acompanhar a utilização de máquinas, equipamentos e veículos, evitando ociosidade, sobrecarga e uso inadequado. Liderar operadores e motoristas, distribuindo atividades, alinhando prioridades e acompanhando a qualidade e a produtividade dos serviços. Programar e acompanhar as manutenções preventivas e corretivas em conjunto com a equipe de manutenção, comunicando falhas e necessidades de intervenção. Verificar o preenchimento dos checklists diários e acompanhar o registro e o tratamento das anomalias identificadas. Acompanhar as condições de conservação, limpeza, lubrificação e segurança dos equipamentos. Monitorar horas trabalhadas, quilometragem, consumo de combustível e disponibilidade dos equipamentos, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria. Orientar operadores e motoristas sobre uso correto, conservação e procedimentos internos, identificando necessidades de treinamento. Verificar se os profissionais estão habilitados, capacitados e autorizados para as atividades, conforme os procedimentos de segurança.

Ensino médio completo. Experiência com máquinas pesadas, equipamentos e veículos, preferencialmente em construção civil, terraplenagem ou atividades similares. Experiência na liderança de operadores, motoristas ou equipes operacionais. Conhecimento prático de operação, conservação e rotinas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva. Facilidade para utilizar aplicativos, checklists digitais e sistemas de gestão. Conhecimentos básicos de informática e preenchimento de controles e relatórios. Capacidade de planejar atividades e definir prioridades em conjunto com as equipes de operação e manutenção. CNH categoria B ou superior.
