Ben jij een gediplomeerde zorgprofessional (MBO niveau 3 of 4) en wil je de vrijheid om zelf invloed te hebben op je rooster, terwijl je profiteert van de zekerheid van een vast contract? Dan is Flex & Zo, de flexpool van Zozijn, de perfecte plek voor jou. Je werkt op verschillende locaties in de Oost-Veluwe, Salland-Graafschap en de Achterhoek – De Liemers. Zo doe je veel ervaring op, leer je verschillende doelgroepen kennen én houd je zelf de regie over je werk.

Wat biedt Flex & Zo jou?

  • Begeleider: schaal FWG 35 – tot € 3.635 bruto per maand (36 uur) Specialistisch begeleider: schaal FWG 40 – tot € 3.902 bruto per maand (36 uur)

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een betrokken zorgprofessional die graag werkt met mensen met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een relevant MBO niveau 3 of 4 diploma in de zorg.
  • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende locaties en tijdens onregelmatige diensten.
  • Werk je graag met cliënten met uiteenlopende, soms complexe ondersteuningsvragen.
  • Herken je jezelf in de kernwaarden van Zozijn: liefdevol, vakkundig en vindingrijk.

Of je nu al ruime ervaring hebt of net je diploma hebt behaald: wij kijken vooral naar jouw talenten, motivatie en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als begeleider binnen Flex & Zo werk je op één of meerdere locaties van Zozijn, bijvoorbeeld in Wilp, Zutphen, Raalte, Zevenaar of Doetinchem.

Iedere woning heeft een eigen doelgroep en ondersteuningsvraag. Je begeleidt cliënten bij hun dagelijks leven, biedt structuur en veiligheid en ondersteunt waar nodig bij intensieve zorgvragen. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit weet je snel je plek te vinden binnen verschillende teams en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van zorg.

Geen locatie is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend, leerzaam en afwisselend.
