Bei großen PV-Freiflächenanlagen entscheidet sich viel, bevor die eigentliche Baustelle startet.

Material muss rechtzeitig vor Ort sein. Abläufe müssen funktionieren. Informationen müssen zwischen Projektleitung, Nachunternehmern und Baustelle ankommen.

Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

Als Baukoordinator (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Baustellen gut vorbereitet sind und die Umsetzung strukturiert starten kann. Du bist nah an unseren Projekten und an der Umsetzung vor Ort.

Das machst du bei uns

  • Vorbereitung und Koordination unserer PV-Baustellen
  • Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement und Nachunternehmern
  • Organisation der Voraussetzungen für einen reibungslosen Baustart
  • Unterstützung bei Terminplanung, Materialeinsatz und Bauablauf
  • Einrichtung und Nutzung von GPS-Systemen
  • Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts und der Ausführungsqualität
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Baustellen
  • frühzeitiges Erkennen von Problemen und Abstimmung von Lösungen
  • deutschlandweiter Einsatz, Schwerpunkt Bayern, mit transparenter Planung

Das bringst du mit

  • technisches Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung im Bau- oder Projektumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Baukoordination, Baustellenorganisation oder technischer Projektabwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Solar- oder Tiefbau ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick
  • du kommunizierst klar und packst Dinge selbstständig an
  • Reisebereitschaft für geplante Projekteinsätze
