Buchhaltung I Backoffice I Organisation

Du möchtest nicht nur Belege bearbeiten, sondern ein modernes Backoffice mitgestalten? Du denkst kaufmännisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern? Dann bist du bei ZPV genau richtig.

Perspektivisch übernimmst du innerhalb der nächsten 18 Monate die interne Finanzbuchhaltung und unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung als zentrale kaufmännische Ansprechperson.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Perspektivischer Aufbau und eigenständige Durchführung der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Telefonzentrale sowie Bearbeitung des allgemeine Schriftverkehrs
  • Dokumentenmanagement und digitale Ablage
  • Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Vorgänge (z.B. Behörden, Versicherungen, Banken)
  • Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Backoffice-Prozesse

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung Steuerfachangestellte/r mit Interesse an Organisation Bilanzbuchhalter/in mit Freude am Prozessaufbau Office Manager/in mit Finance-Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in Buchhaltung, Office Management oder Verwaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, DATEV, Agenda
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse in Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit mittelständischen Unternehmensstrukturen oder Hausverwaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden und kaufmännischen Verwaltungsprozessen
