Für unsere Marken Zum Dorfkrug und Landhof Küche suchen wir jemanden, der oder die gerne ausprobiert, weiterdenkt, tüftelt und aus einer guten Idee am Ende ein richtig gutes Produkt macht.

Bei uns zählt dein Gefühl für Lebensmittel. Du entwickelst nicht ins Leere, sondern Produkte, die später wirklich auf dem Tisch unserer Kund:innen landen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du entwickelst kreative, neue Rezepturen für unsere Marken Zum Dorfkrug und Landhof Küche.
  • Du stellst Muster in unserer Entwicklungsküche her und begleitest den Weg von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Produktidee.
  • Du baust interne und externe Verkostungen auf, führst sie durch und hältst die Ergebnisse strukturiert fest.
  • Du begleitest Anlagentests und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse sorgfältig.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die zugehörigen Formblätter und Dokumentationen.
  • Du beobachtest den Markt, erkennst Trends und bringst neue Impulse in die Produktentwicklung ein.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Geschmack, Konsistenzen und sensorische Unterschiede mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und gleichzeitig kreativ.
