O que você fará por aqui

  • Liderar projetos de design de produto desde a fase de discovery até a entrega final (handoff), promovendo visão estratégica e excelência em experiência do usuário.
  • Participar ativamente de processos de definição estratégica junto a stakeholders, traduzindo objetivos de negócio em soluções de design viáveis e inovadoras.
  • Garantir o desenho de interfaces e protótipos de alta qualidade, alinhando requisitos técnicos e expectativas dos times multidisciplinares.
  • Organizar e supervisionar fluxos de trabalho de design, priorizando atividades, recursos e prazos para otimizar a entrega dos projetos.
  • Atuar como referência técnica e fomentar a troca de conhecimento entre o time, promovendo crescimento e alinhamento às melhores práticas de mercado.
  • Acompanhar e analisar métricas de experiência e resultados de produto, orientando decisões baseadas em dados.

O que esperamos que você saiba

  • Domínio avançado de ferramentas de design e prototipagem, especialmente Figma.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em UX, UI e princípios de design centrados no usuário.
  • Experiência comprovada em condução de processos de discovery, desenho de jornadas e validação de soluções.
  • Capacidade de estruturar e acompanhar métricas relevantes para a avaliação da experiência do usuário e do sucesso do produto
