O que você fará por aqui

  • Implementar soluções técnicas complexas em cloud, atuando como referência de infraestrutura para os times de back-end, dados e plataforma.
  • Otimizar a performance de workloads críticos, resolvendo incidentes e gargalos em produção com abordagem hands-on.
  • Desenvolver e aplicar padrões organizacionais para infraestrutura como código (IaC) e automações de CI/CD.
  • Garantir a viabilidade técnica e a estabilidade das decisões arquiteturais em colaboração com o time de Arquitetura.
  • Projetar e sustentar a base de redes, computação serverless e bancos escaláveis utilizando as melhores práticas de cloud e DevOps.
  • Disseminar boas práticas, liderando workshops técnicos internos sobre automação, confiabilidade e esteiras de deploy.
  • Documentar processos e soluções de infraestrutura, promovendo a reutilização e o alinhamento estratégico entre as squads.

O que esperamos que você saiba

  • Domínio avançado no ecossistema AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, RDS).
  • Desenvolvimento e manutenção de infraestrutura como código utilizando Terraform.
  • Implantação, automação e gestão avançada de pipelines CI/CD para serviços em cloud.
  • Configuração avançada de monitoramento, observabilidade e SRE (CloudWatch, DataDog), bem como ferramentas de profiling e análise de performance.
  • Capacidade de prototipação rápida e troubleshooting aprofundado em ambientes produtivos críticos.
  • Conhecimento prático para suportar e integrar a infraestrutura de frameworks de agentes (ex: LangChain) e workflows de IA generativa (ex: Amazon Bedrock/RAG).

O que seria muito legal que você soubesse

  • Experiência em design e implementação de estratégias de sharding para bancos SQL/noSQL.
  • Conhecimento na configuração avançada de cache multi-região e soluções híbridas de armazenamento.
  • Atuação prévia liderando migrações complexas para cloud ou projetos serverless de larga escala.
  • Familiaridade com guidelines organizacionais para padronização de logs, métricas e alertas.
  • Participação em fóruns estratégicos ou contribuição técnica reconhecida em comunidades Cloud/DevOps.
