Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Du verfügst über umfassende Payroll-Erfahrung, kennst das Schweizer Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht und schätzt den direkten Kundenkontakt? Dann erwartet Dich bei uns eine verantwortungsvolle Fachfunktion in einem modernen Umfeld. Als ausgewiesene/r Payroll-Spezialist/in übernimmst Du die eigenverantwortliche Führung anspruchsvoller Lohnmandate und bist interne sowie externe Ansprechperson für komplexe Fragestellungen rund um Lohnbuchhaltung, Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer.

Deine Aufgaben

  • In dieser Funktion führst Du eigenständig Lohnbuchhaltungen und verarbeitest die Löhne von temporären und internen Mitarbeitern verschiedener Mandanten
  • Du erstellst Deklarationen für die Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuerämter
  • Du führst die Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Rechnungserstellung, liest Zahlungseingänge ein und stimmst die offenen Posten ab
  • Du stehst dem Lohnteam bei fachlichen Fragen zur Seite, informierst intern über Änderungen im ganzen Sozialversicherungsbereich und klärst deren Umsetzung ab
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen im Bereich des Personal- und Sozialversicherungswesens

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Lohnbuchhaltung bzw. Payroll; Erfahrung im BPO-Umfeld oder im Personal-Temporärgeschäft von Vorteil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, Sozialversicherungen, Personal- oder Rechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungs-, Quellensteuer- und Arbeitsrechts
  • Selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Gutes IT-Verständnis, sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Payroll-Software
  • Freude am Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot), die Du gezielt nutzt, um Routineaufgaben effizienter zu erledigen und Deine Arbeit zu optimieren
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
