Unsere Kunden profitieren von der dynamischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösung und von kontinuierlicher Innovation. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für Kundenberatung und -betreuung suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Senior IT Consultant (m/w/d) - Kundenbetreuung. Aktuell umfasst unser kontinuierlich wachsendes Team 12 Mitarbeitende.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenberatung und Softwareentwicklung
  • Du bist in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und in der Lage, Wünsche unserer Kunden in fachliche Spezifikationen für unsere Softwareentwicklung zu übersetzen
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden, damit deren Geschäftsprozesse bestmöglich durch die KleanApp Softwarelösung unterstützt werden
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden zuverlässig mit deiner Beratungskompetenz und fachlichen Expertise
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Key Accounts und betreust und berätst diese zuverlässig und umfassend
  • Du organisierst das Onboarding unserer Neukunden eigenständig und pflegst regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt
  • Du führst Produktpräsentationen durch und moderierst Webinare sowie Schulungen
  • Du hast Freude daran, neue Programmmodule und Erweiterungen zu testen
  • Du dokumentierst Kundenanforderungen, Telefonate oder durchgeführte Testings sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar

Dein Profil

  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Du bist serviceorientiert und denkst konstruktiv und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast Freude an schnellen Lösungsprozessen und bist in der Lage, sinnvoll Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Software-Funktionen einzuarbeiten
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis der Business-Prozesse unserer Kunden
  • Du verfügst eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden mit, idealerweise aus einer früheren Tätigkeit als IT-Consultant oder IT-Support-Mitarbeiter*in
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem Team
